If You’re Feeling Overwhelmed, Stuck, or Unsure of Your Next Steps, You’re in the Right Place.
Whatever You’re Facing Right Now…
It’s welcome here!
You might be holding so much right now…trying to keep things together on the outside while feeling anything but steady on the inside. Maybe you’re navigating a big life transition, adjusting to motherhood, trying to break long-standing people-pleasing patterns, or living with anxiety that just won’t let up.
You may feel pressured to “figure it out,” make the right decisions, and keep everyone else happy, often without the support you truly need. Part of you wants to grow, heal, and understand yourself more deeply… but another part worries about getting it wrong, being judged, or letting someone down.
Instead of the joy, confidence, or connection you hoped to feel, you might find yourself overwhelmed—caught in looping thoughts, stuck in old patterns, or replaying experiences you wish you could finally move past. You may feel disconnected from others…and maybe even from yourself.
If any of this feels familiar, you are not alone…and you don’t have to carry it by yourself anymore.
Pause. Take A Deep Breath. You’ve Come to the Right Place.
Working with me is more than just talking about what’s going on ... it’s about understanding where your struggles come from and using effective, evidence based tools (including EMDR when helpful) to process what’s been holding you back. Our work together will help you create meaningful shifts that lead to the life and relationships you really want.
I’ll help you learn practical, everyday skills and strategies that can bring about real change in your life outside of the therapy room. Whether it’s building confidence so you can stop second guessing yourself, developing healthier communication skills, or becoming more assertive in expressing your needs or setting boundaries … I am here to help you learn new tools for everyday life.
So much of life asks you to hold it together. Here, you don’t have to.
I take the time to get to know your experiences, the pressures you’re carrying, and the patterns that keep showing up in your life. As a mom myself, I know how easy it is to lose pieces of yourself while trying to hold it all together. Whether you’re going through a major life transition, struggling with anxiety or people pleasing, or trying to reconnect with yourself or your partner, we will work together in a way that feels natural and truly fits as well as supports you the most.
My work with clients is fun, collaborative, and grounded in experience. I use a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy) to help you explore emotional patterns and strengthen connection, release long held beliefs and stories that no longer serve you, heal the deeper wounds underneath anxiety, and build healthier, more connected relationships with both yourself and those you love.
I want to offer you a space that feels separate from the chaos of your life. Somewhere you can relax, breathe, and find yourself again. If you’re ready to see what healing, growth, and reconnection could look like for you, I’m here to guide you, encourage you, and walk beside you through every step.
I’M COMMITTED TO PROVIDING A SPACE WHERE YOU FEEL …
Seen.
I want you to feel truly seen by someone who really “gets” it.
Supported.
As your therapist, I want you to know I am in your corner, even when things are difficult.
Listened To.
I am listening to you…not just for your words but also for the emotions behind them.
Grounded.
It is my goal to help you get back in touch with yourself and what you want or need.
