My background covers everything from severe and persistent mental health (inpatient and outpatient), substance use (inpatient, residential, and outpatient), employment coaching, abuse and trauma, private practice, as well as school social work.

Individual supervision establishes a one-on-one space for the supervisee to discuss their caseload, clinical interventions, ethical dilemmas, and personal growth as a clinician. It involves regular meetings, typically lasting one hour, where the supervisee can receive guidance, support, and feedback from the supervisor. The supervisor helps the supervisee develop their clinical skills, increase their self-awareness, and navigate the challenges of the profession.
$80 per hour
Group clinical supervision involves a group of 2-6 supervisees coming together with an LCSW supervisor. This setting allows for multiple supervisees to learn from each other’s experiences, share insights, and receive feedback not only from the supervisor but also from their peers. The group dynamic allows for a variety of perspectives, different clinical approaches, and a sense of community among supervisees. It also promotes collaboration, problem solving, and the development of a supportive network within the field.
$65 per hour

Our monthly supervision fee includes a comprehensive package of support tailored to meet your needs as an aspiring clinical social worker. With each monthly payment, you will receive 4 hours of either individual or group supervision sessions, allowing you to delve deep into case consultations, ethical considerations, treatment planning, and more.
In addition to the structured supervision sessions, you will also have the opportunity to schedule up to 2 consultations between sessions. These consultations provide you with the flexibility to seek guidance, ask questions, and receive support as needed, ensuring that you have access to expert advice and mentorship throughout your professional journey.
