Change Begins when You Decide You’re Ready for Something Better.
Whatever ‘Better’ Looks Like to You…
We’ll Work Together to Create a Path to Get There!
Do you find life feels overwhelming? You might find yourself caught in toxic cycles, experiencing constant worry, isolating yourself, or feeling as though you've lost control of your life. Noticing changes in your mind, body, and behavior can be signs that it’s time to make a change or try something new. If this sounds familiar and has brought you here today, you’re in the right place.
Hi, I’m Renee.
I offer a safe and judgment free space where you can feel genuinely seen and heard. Using a trauma-informed approach, I consider your full story, past experiences, current challenges, and future goals. Whether you're dealing with self-doubt, relationship struggles, or emotional overwhelm, together, we’ll build confidence, set healthy boundaries, and develop emotional regulation and personal growth strategies tailored to your journey.
Specializing in Women’s Issues
I provide compassionate support for the diverse challenges women face throughout life. This includes navigating complex relationships, building confidence in both professional and personal settings, and offering guidance through major life changes. In the many phases of life women go through, I can assist in processing trauma to bring clarity to your life, and help you find ways to cope with intense feelings through learning and developing emotional regulation skills.
