All clients are required to keep a valid credit card or debit card on file.
As a standard practice, we charge any fees due for your appointment the day of your appointment after our 48-hour cancellation period has ended which further confirms your appointment with us.
If you miss a session without canceling, or cancel with less than 48-hour notice, this is considered a “no-show”. Our policy is to collect the full amount of your session fee for “no-shows”.
No Surprises Act Notice
As of January 01, 2022, under section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, health care providers and health care facilities are required to inform individuals who are not enrolled in a health plan or who are not seeking to file a claim with their health plan of their ability to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” of expected charges.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your care is expected to cost.
Under the law, health care providers are required to give clients who do not have insurance or who are not using insurance benefits an estimate of the expected charges for items and services.
If you receive a bill that is more than $400.00 over your Good Faith Estimate, you are able to dispute the bill.
